We went here while visiting for the Arnold. Few things I loved about this spot. The donuts yes. Were the best I've had but still a SOLID cake donut and would not be disappointed in the slightest if this was my local spot 1.) The staff was super friendly. They recognized some of my friends from social media and the owner posted us all on the Instagram 2.) 24 fucking 7 baby. THATS HOW DONUT SHOPS SHOULD BE. Inside is tight so if it's packed you're gonna more than likely eat it right outside. It was giving major college vibes (obviously) and I was all here for it

This was a random stop after our concert in Columbus for randomly cancelled last minute. A friend mentioned we should stop here before heading home since we already had dinner. The guy working the counter was great. He was friendly and patient while we decided on what to get. I can't eat anything in here (food allergies) so I got some donuts for my husband and kids. I grabbed a delicious looking Buckeye Donut for my son. He thought it was delicious. I grabbed two chocolate frosted with sprinkles for my husband and daughter. My husband didn't love it because he prefers yeast donuts and this was cake. My daughter loved it a lot. She thought it was one of the better Chocolate Frosted donuts she's had. It has a nice location on the Ohio State campus so worth a stop if you are around. They also offer other food and drinks options then just donuts. Breakfast is also served all day.

For a Saturday morning the place was definitely busy and our service was nice. The selection of donuts was awesome. We ordered iced Buckeye lattes but we weren't happy with them, the taste was very unpleasant. The freshly made donuts were very tasty.

Best donuts in Columbus. I absolutely love their donuts and coffee. My favorite is the custard-filled chocolate donut.

An awesome late night spot! They are opened 24/7 and they have many donut flavors to choose from. The donuts are so soft, we had to buy a couple more donuts to take home! We weren't able to try the breakfast menu since they stop serving breakfast after 10pm, but we got a Philly cheesesteak gyro instead. It hit the spot after a concert!

While attending a conference in Columbus, I stumbled upon Buckeye Donuts downtown (which is inside the large food market), and it was exactly the sweet pick-me-up I needed! The donuts were fresh, soft, and bursting with flavor. I went with the classic Buckeye donut, and it did not disappoint--it was the perfect blend of chocolate and peanut butter. The shop had a great local vibe, with quick service and a cozy atmosphere. Whether you're just passing through or live nearby, this spot is a must-visit for donut lovers!

Wow, open 24/7/365 is incredible but I can see why they stay busy with their sweet and savory options. I got a half dozen for my family including the Buckeye and crumb cake - and was only able to eat half a donut, they all got eaten by the end of the day!! Small seating area No bathroom Parking is difficult street parking, so prepare to walk - don't park at the McDonalds lot!!!

If you're looking for a 50s-diner-style donut experience, and love all things buckeye, or are a sucker for reese's (or anything chocolate-peanutbutter, for you uncultured heathens), then Buckeye Donuts is the place for you. Although I can't speak to many other locations, between this and the Merion Village location, I by far recommend the University District location, as it has indoor seating and the staff are more friendly. Either way: if you want a side of donut to go with your glob of peanut butter, then be my guest and make your way to Buckeye for the treat of a lifetime.
